Tina Anderson

In a world that often seems to revel in chaos, Tina Anderson has made it her life’s mission to help others unburden themselves from the weight of the past and embrace clarity, joy, and spiritual alignment. As the author and facilitator of the UnChaos Yourself transformational book and process, Tina’s work is a beacon of light for those seeking to live a more authentic life.

Tina’s journey wasn’t a linear one. She describes a childhood filled with unmet needs and patterns that led to long-standing struggles with disordered eating and toxic decision-making. It wasn’t until her spiritual awakening in 2014 that she began to understand her journey and pave a new path for herself. “After a great deal of inner work and finally processing stored grief and wounds, I found a place of incredible awareness, acceptance, and alignment,” she shares.

Her experience became the foundation of the UnChaos Yourself program, and the insights she gained have been shared in thousands of coaching interactions and private sessions. Today, she’s known for bringing clarity and lightness to overwhelming and burdensome situations, helping others understand the essence of unconditional love for themselves and the human race.

Thank you so much for connecting with me and sharing your story. I’m so excited to get started!

Tell me about what you do professionally:

Thank you! I like to say that my life assignment is your life alignment. I help others understand and transform from past and present influences (unproductive patterns and triggers) so they can live truthfully, with inner peace, joy, clarity, and enthusiasm.

Gatherings, private sessions, and my book are the tools I use to facilitate growth, self-awareness, transformation, and fun. I’m serious about having more fun!

How did you get into this?

My story of chaos to unchaos started in my early childhood conditioning, eventually resulting in a very long journey of disordered and emotional eating. My unmet needs drove unbeneficial and unproductive decision after decision, even toxic ones, perpetuating my struggle with feeling weak, confused, overwhelmed, and out of control. I lived in torment and in what was a hypocritical existence for a very long time, even after my spiritual awakening in 2014. (It’s one thing to start understanding your journey and another to change your long-time patterns and conditioning.) After a great deal of inner work and finally processing stored grief and wounds, I found a place of incredible awareness, acceptance, and alignment. I then shared and used my healing journey as an intuitive and spiritual coach, which led to thousands of interactions and more understanding of what “my tribe” needed to transform from their chaos. My former coaching program and now my book, which was re-released on June 11th, is the result of all that learning and integration.

That is so interesting! What do you love about it?

So many things come to mind — overall, feeling and seeing the relief of pain and turmoil and bringing clarity and lightness to overwhelming and burdensome situations. It’s like grabbing someone’s heavy luggage (baggage) and recycling it for a greater purpose. It’s the lightbulb moments. It’s the connection to their soul journey instead of their inner critic. It’s the freedom.

Why is this work important to you?

13th-century mystic Rumi has one of my all-time favorite quotes, “Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and right-doing there is a field. I will meet you there.” This field is where we all need to make our homes to fuel less divisiveness and create a more unified Collective. Unity consciousness is the ultimate goal. And, when we recognize our roles and know that the smallest evolvement makes a difference, it’s empowering and motivating in all aspects of our lives. Everything starts falling into place with the right spiritual mindset. Troubles are openings for transformation. It brings that peace that passeth understanding.

Clearly, you’re thriving; your passion is coming through loud and clear! What makes you so great at this?

My secret sauce superpower is seeing (clairvoyance) and understanding (claircognizance) the big picture and deeper meaning of life experiences and what looks and feels like problems, as well as channeling intuitive hits and energy calibration that facilitates growth and expansion. I designed UnChaos Yourself to be a vital tool in that transformation.

I’m also at my best at live events. There’s nothing better than working from an outline and allowing Spirit to drop nuggets in real-time. It’s my joy and genus zone.

What is the most challenging part of your work?

Oh, gosh. If I could only reach more people, pierce through more walls, reduce fear of the unknown, and keep people from giving up when the pieces crumble around them.

On a physical level, one of my most significant issues was burnout. I had to take extended breaks and recalibrate. You would think I would have learned my lesson the first time, but I’m inherently strong and a natural multi-tasker, so I didn’t recognize the signs. Let’s say I didn’t want to. As with many healers and lightworkers, we create our boundaries as we learn them.

What kind of an impact are you hoping to make through what you do?

You live with clarity and confidence. You feel like you are “partying with the universe” every chance you get. You feel lasting inner peace. You can accept others’ journeys without getting triggered, even if you don’t align with their decisions. You begin to understand the essence of unconditional love for yourself and the human race (and for Mother Earth and all her inhabitants).

I am a big reader — well, I am more of an audiobook person nowadays. In any case, I love talking about great reads. What is one of your favorite books?

One? Unfair question (LOL)! Talk about indecision. I’ll answer by saying read or listen to any book by Mark Nepo or Parker J. Palmer.

If you could talk to your younger self, what would you say?

Welcome to a giant chapter in your soul journey. Being vulnerable will heal you, but you will struggle to get there until you face all the surface wounds. Be patient. Be loving towards yourself. You don’t have to smile and fix to be fed and to feel worthy — the opposite. Feel your feelings and allow the uncomfortableness to process, even if it keeps returning. Ask for help. Trust and detach from the outcome. Rose-colored glasses will cause distress, but don’t change them. Be bold. Stay present. Expect surprises. It will take years, but you will enjoy life immensely while unraveling and creating a new wardrobe. You are loved and guided. Your spiritual awakening will be mind-blowing. Your power will scare you and others. It’s part of the process. All is well.”

Do you have a favorite quote? What does it mean to you?

I already mentioned the Rumi quote, which is my favorite and speaks to my mission of unity consciousness.

I also love “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” (Theodore Roosevelt) I remind myself of the true meaning of knowingness and the strong will of our egos. How people feel in your presence and how interested you are in their stories opens doors. I want to share what I’ve learned when I see how it could help, but that knowledge is not always wanted or needed if there isn’t a feeling of understanding and compassion first.

Outside of work, what do you love doing? What lights you up?

Give me about any creative performance (or viewing artwork), and I’ll be happy. Getting lost when I have time and feeling safe in new territory is invigorating. I escape with joy into meditative walks and even pumping iron in the gym. I love reading and listening to books. I also love mingling with animals, especially dogs and horses. My husband and I are taking many mini adventures. Traveling always lights me up.

I believe there is power in having big dreams and audacious goals, and lately, I have been pushing myself and everyone I know to speak them out loud… Do you have any dreams or goals you want to go on record about here?

Good one! Speak it, right? It’s all about creating memories and new experiences for me. A dream — a massive party for everyone I know, during which people make new friends, forget about all their struggles, and feel the most alive they have ever felt. A goal — I would love to be included in retreats as a facilitator where I could bring in my experiential teaching and intuitive hits — a dose of love from the Angels, and support like-minded spiritual activators and disrupters. By the way, bucket lists are fantastic, and so are f*ckit lists. I believe in both!

Amazing! Thank you so much for sharing that with me.

Ok, now I for the big question of the interview! What is the biggest lesson you have learned through your life and career journey?

Curiosity keeps your heart and mind open and allows you to take another step forward. Nothing is as big of a deal as you think if you have radical acceptance of your soul blueprint and faith in the bigger picture.

Finally, what makes you a powerful woman?

First and foremost, just acknowledging it, which was difficult for me to do for a long time. What else? It’s an accumulation of overcoming the little-c and big-c chaos and knowing that I’m fueled and guided by Spirit. It’s also knowing that I can accomplish many things quickly if needed and that when I’m determined, I’ll find a way or grow while trying to do it. (Oh, and I’m a beast in the gym, even in my 60's.)

How can we support you?

How generous of you to ask. Pass my name to retreat and event organizers, buy my book, or book a session with the Angels. Be true to yourself, and always trust your gut.

Thank you so much for sharing your story and insights. I know our readers will love learning more about you!
