I had the pleasure of connecting with and interviewing Nicole Shaia, who is the Empowerment Mobilizer at Women in the Seen and Founder & Chief Creator of Awesome at Tharros. Nicole describes herself as a social entrepreneur, strategic business advisor, and innovator.
She has worked in the social good sector for over 13 years and helped to mobilize over $20M in resources impacting millions of lives across the globe.
Her passions focus on gender equality and leadership, which is how she found herself deeply involved in Tharros and Women in the Seen. Tharros is a nonprofit social enterprise that empowers girls to stay engaged in sports and fitness. Women in the Seen is a social enterprise focused on closing the leadership gap and empowering aspiring or thriving women in leadership.
