A professional connection introduced me to Victoria, and I was immediately star-struck. I KNEW HER! — I mean, I didn’t actually — but I remembered watching her TEDx talk and being inspired by the impact she and Girls Inc. of Worcester were making. Her entreprenurial spirit and passion for girls and young women is a winning combination that I admire and share. It has been a treat to learn more about Victoria, about the work she is doing, AND to share some exciting and timely accomplishments.

Victoria Waterman: I proudly serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Girls Inc. of Worcester, where our mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold.

Victoria Waterman: I have the honor and privilege of shaping the next generation of women leaders! And to do that, I am fortunate to be positioned to mentor emerging leaders so they can take charge in the future.
