Tara is the CEO of a Certified B Corp that believes it is not what you say, it is what you do that matters. Her company is on a mission to use their business as a force for good and is making it easy for other companies to turn purchases they would already make into support for companies that are making the world a greener place.

What is your current job? CEO, Ethical Swag Inc.

What do you love about it? I am pleased we are solving a problem for organizations by making it easy to use your purchasing power to have an impact. Daily, our feedback includes: “I am so pleased we found Ethical Swag”.

What makes you great at what you do? I care about why and how we do things. I have had 30 years of business experience, and now I am focused on directing that knowledge in a way that can have a large impact.

What is the most challenging part of your job? The most challenging part is time. So many things I want to do, with only 24 hours in a day!
