Meet Michaela — a strong leader who knows how to make things happen by adapting and continually learning.
It is amazing what kinds of connections can grow from a simple question and answer on an online platform. This is how I initially met Michaela. After our initial exchange online, we met for coffee and talked about career growth, leadership, Dr. Brené Brown, and more. What struck me about Michaela was her curiosity. She’s bright and driven — and she has an insatiable curiosity when it comes to her growth, which makes her a voracious learner.
We both also have a passion for helping women in business excel. Michaela spearheaded a project at her company which included creating a group and hosting an event for women to come together in a safe space to share, learn, and network. I was privileged to not only speak on her panel but invite some of my co-workers who were visiting the US from India to join me. The event was impactful — especially for my co-workers and me.
Michaela continues to innovate and grow. She knocks my socks off with her vision and steadfast focus on growth. I am so excited to share more about her!
