Featuring: Lupe Bihl Portillo
Meet Lupe! She’s an extroverted team leader who knows the value of vulnerability and self-acceptance.
I still remember the first time I met Lupe. We were at a meetup in El Paso, Texas and I was struck by her wit, her energy, and her reason for loving the work she was doing. She showed me a picture of her grandson and explained to me how she had arranged her schedule so she could maximize her time as a grandmother while also having a career.
Since that meeting, many things have changed. Her role has gone through many iterations and she’s continued to grow and adapt.
A few things haven’t changed: Lupe still lights up the room she’s in with her infectious energy, and she’s still a devoted grandmother.
Our paths are all so varied. I’m grateful to know Lupe and to share some of her wisdom and insight below.

LUPE BIHL PORTILLO: I am the Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Master for the AnswerConnect Franchise Team and Franchise Heart of Agile Teams. I use my skills to deliver value for our clients and ensure we stay relevant no matter how the world changes.
