Hannah just celebrated her one-year anniversary with the company, and is working to recruit her own small team of interns. Her growth as a marketing pro has been remarkable to watch, and the impact she has made is very real. My first day at AnswerConnect is one I will never forget. I was slated to spend the day with Natalie, the company’s CEO, and Stephanie who got her start as an intern with the company and had since been promoted to a full-time role supporting executive leadership. I was nervous for all of the normal reasons, (new job, new people, uncharted career territory,) and I was also excited.

I was surprised when Natalie invited me to join her on a call only moments after meeting me. When the man on the other side of the phone took on an insulting tone and attempted to degrade her, she and I exchanged a look and I witnessed her shut him down in an authoritative yet professional way.
