In order for leaders to thrive over time, they need to continue learning and be open to new ideas and perspectives. This can be incredibly challenging for leaders for many reasons, including an ever-changing business landscape and pressure from themselves and others to be infallible.

As part of the series, Advice for Success, I had the pleasure of asking Nicole Greenfield-Smith for her best tip for a leader who wants to keep growing and learning despite the challenges.

Nicole Greenfield-Smith is the founder of The Confidence Craft, a certified and accredited trauma-informed confidence coach, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) practitioner, and communication and behavioural psychology specialist.

Using her unique ‘Inside Out’ approach, she empowers and elevates women to push past their imposter syndrome and confidence barriers so they can believe, achieve, and receive in all areas of life, career, or business.
