Natalie often says that her path to success has been unconventional - and that’s one of the aspects that fuels her to continue to challenge assumptions about what work, thriving, and the concept of balance looks like. She is passionate about helping women grow professionally via mentoring, advocacy, & published features. She uses her platform to share insights & a bit of life as a CEO, mother, helper, and human. For fun, she loves spending time with her family and pets, getting outside, and volunteering. She's also currently trying to become a runner.
