Growth isn’t easy.

It can be painful, create severe disruptions in the flow of our lives, and leave us feeling alienated and alone.

Deciding to keep growing — even when doing so is scary — takes courage and resilience.

We’re capable of more. We are here for a reason — not just to work, but to find our life’s work… And we cannot maximize our impact by staying stagnant — even if staying stagnant feels more comfortable than growth does.

My advice is to believe in the big dreams you have. Invest in yourself. Keep walking your path, even if you have to walk it alone for a while. Your vision is uniquely yours, as are your gifts.

✨Take the class.
✨Agree to do the talk.
✨Launch the side business.
✨Apply for the promotion.
✨Schedule that meeting with your boss.
✨Prioritize your wellness.
✨Speak up.
✨Be an advocate.
✨Say yes to the things that light you up.
