Leadership Style and Vision:

Your work is leading the way and breaking new ground. How would you describe your leadership style, and how has it evolved over the years?

My leadership style really comes from the heart. I’m passionate about helping people overcome emotional and physical conditions without countless sessions; that is my core focus, so every decision I make in my business is centred around that mission.

Over the years, what I do has evolved into helping people move more into their own leadership energy, which is something I support with my Future Life Progression sessions. Through these sessions, my clients become laser-focused on what works for them personally. Ultimately, this gives them the clarity they need and often takes them in a different direction than any they had previously considered.

Can you share your vision for your business in 2024? What key goals are you working towards?

I see myself working with clients at an even deeper level in 2024. I have only recently added Akashic Record Readings to my portfolio, and I am already seeing how powerful, effective, and popular they are!

My book, Decoding the Body’s Messages: Unlocking Your Body’s Wisdom to Heal Yourself, will come out in print, Kindle, and Audible versions — I am so excited!

My membership Wholistic Health Acceleration group program will continue to grow, and I will offer people exciting new one-to-one programmes as part of my growth mission. I also plan to open the virtual doors to the Rachel Farnsworth Hypnotherapy College for the first time in 2024, after my book is published. Finally, I recently added a new VA to my team, and I can see the team expanding again next year. Exciting times ahead!

Challenges and Opportunities:

What do you see as the main challenges for women leaders in 2024, and how do you plan to address them?

Many women are stuck in fight, flight and overwhelm because of their to-do lists. I can help them release the traumas that are keeping them in those patterns — I’ve found that Future Vision Coaching really helps them obtain clarity on what matters and what they really need to focus on.

For me personally, to successfully address challenges, it’s important to be able to adapt to change and get excited about it. Nothing grows in our comfort zones! Fortunately, I have the tools to release the subconscious blocks that give me that debilitating push/pull feeling, so that I can move forward in the directions I feel inspired to move into with more ease and flow.

Are there specific opportunities you believe women leaders can leverage in the coming years?

The frequency of the planet is shifting and changing and coming back to what really matters, which is the frequency of love. So, I think it will be necessary to be more in our feminine energy over the next few years, and beyond.

Navigating Change:

How do you plan to lead your business through uncertainty in a rapidly changing landscape?

My intuition has been my guidance, and increasingly so over the last few years. I will continue to listen to it — it hasn’t let me down yet! Any perceived mistakes have actually turned out to be lessons.

I will also continue to develop and grow my skills and listen to my clients, so that I can better accommodate them and their needs.

Can you share a specific instance where you successfully navigated a significant change, and what lessons did you learn from that experience?

The biggest wake-up for me was in 2018; massive changes happened to me that year. It was the year that I helped my daughter overcome her autoimmune disease, and I started seeing clients in a local wellness centre. At the same time, I came to realise that the man I was married to wasn’t as he appeared to be. I felt like my heart was breaking — like I was broken and unfixable. After that, it took some months to get all my ducks in a row, divorce my ex-husband, and sell the house. I moved out a day after my 50th birthday — one I won’t forget in a hurry!

But these experiences proved to me that I am stronger than I realised and braver than I could have imagined. They taught me that you have to rescue yourself, which awakened a big fire within me, burning bigger and brighter all the time.

Diversity and Inclusion:

How important is diversity and inclusion to you, and what steps are you taking as a business owner to promote a more inclusive environment?

Oh my goodness, if you could see my Business Coach and how he mentors me, you’d know immediately that I embrace diversity and inclusion. He is such a beautiful soul and unicorn; it's such a shame they broke the mould after he was born!

We are all created in the same frequency of the universe, which is love, and our true selves are the frequency of love. We often don’t feel loveable because of the experiences we have been through and the beliefs about ourselves that those experiences create. That’s why releasing trauma is so important, because it brings us home to that true self. That’s what self-love really is. We are all of the same frequency, and that is why an inclusive environment matters.

In your opinion, why is diversity important for the success of an organization?

Diversity is important because we all have different perspectives to bring to the table — every voice matters.

Mentorship and Leadership Development:

Have you had mentors or role models who have influenced you and the way you lead? How has mentorship played a role in your career?

My grandmother is a big influence on my life. She died in 2011 at age 98.

She was widowed when my dad was just two and was a single parent from then on. As far as I know, she never dated again either. She was very independent and set up her own lady’s dress shop when she was in her 40s, and often travelled to London on her own to get the best stock for her customers.

I used to love helping her on Wednesdays as a preschooler. I would help her change the mannequins in the dress shop window, pick up lose pins on the floor with a magnet and then go back to hers to do something exciting like making bread!

If she could do all that without social media, mobile phones and the connections we can make now, then what excuse do I have?! She is such an inspiration to me but, sadly, she died before I started my entrepreneurial adventures.

Is there anything you do to encourage others, especially women, to become leaders?

I work with slightly more women than men, and I think that, with me, they realise that there is so much more to themselves than the physical parts they can see. With this new perspective, they start to understand that they can achieve anything they put their minds to. Then, once they can see their goal in their own minds, it inspires them to take action; if it’s for the greater good of everyone concerned, then it can be achieved.

Legacy and Future Generations:

What legacy do you hope to leave as a leader, and how do you hope to inspire future generations?

Next year, my book will be published. My hope is that it helps readers realise that true health and wellness is possible, and inspires them to understand what their bodies are telling them, so that they can take the necessary action to achieve it.

In what ways are you actively working to create opportunities for the next generation of leaders?

When my virtual college doors open and people are certified as Hypnotherapists, they too can start leading their own lives with passion and purpose.

Thank you so much for sharing all of this with us! This interview was inspirational, and I wish you continued success!
